Engineering Capabilities
Unaflex® utilizes various engineering software programs to provide expansion joints in accordance with customer requirements for the utmost reliability. These are industry-leading programs written by our engineers. Finite Element Analysis (FEA), CAD/CAM programs and Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association (EJMA). Our products are fully engineered to industry accepted standards.

Unaflex® welders qualified in accordance with ASME Section IX latest edition (available as required). We stock various types of bellows materials, flanges, plates, pipe and threaded rods for fast response and delivery times.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Unaflex® maintains an in-house machine shop complete with computer-controlled flame cutting capabilities, a high-speed laser machine and a water jet machine which enables us to provide a full range of metal working capabilities.
We are able to manufacture bellows from 2” ND to 144” ND as our standard with the capability to manufacture to 222" (18'-6"). We have both punch forming and roll forming capabilities. We can perform in house dye-penetrant test, hydro and pneumatic pressure test, helium leak test and PMI (Positive Material Identification) by fully qualified Quality Control Personnel.
